Protean Cloud (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice, outlines privacy practices regarding the collection, use, and safeguard of your information through the Protean Cloud Web Interfaces (e.g. Websites such as proteancloud.com, proteantech.in; WebApps such as Self-Service Portal, Ticketing Tools, Monitoring Dashboards, Application Programming Interfaces (API), and other related web utilities) to provide cloud services thereupon.

We are obligated to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Information we may collect and process:
You can visit our website www.proteancloud.com on the World Wide Web without declaring who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our Web servers collect the domain names of visitors. We use this information to collect and aggregate information about the visitors to our website; and assist with our systems administration in problem resolution that may be required. We would like to assure you that the Personal Information provided by you to us is usually used by us only to respond to your inquiry.

The Cloud Web Interfaces seeks this information either to:

- Improve the quality of the Web Interfaces,

- Facilitate our internal business operations, including the fulfilment of any operational, legal and regulatory requirements.
Data recipients, transfer, and disclosure of Personal Information:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties / strategic partners who assist us in conducting our business or servicing you; and these parties agree to keep this information confidential based on service agreements. Protean Cloud Services allow you to store, synchronize, stream, and share documents, text, messages, audio, contacts, photos, music, videos, etc. (the "your Content"). To make that possible, we allow you hosting your Content as well as related information; however, we do not have access to your Content stored in your workload hosted in Protean Cloud Infrastructure.
Linked Web Interfaces:
Please note that applications and/or services that you install or access within your workloads or third-party operators, may also collect, use, and share information about you and your usage. We cannot control how such information is collected, used, shared, or secured by third parties. For information about third-party privacy practices, please consult their respective privacy policies.
Further, these Web Interfaces may contain links to other digital interfaces (e.g. sites, services and/or APIs) from business affiliates and software providers that you would have subscribed to meet your business requirements or workloads deployed in Protean Cloud. We are not responsible for the content, or the privacy practices employed by such digital interfaces subscribed by you. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting other digital interfaces through your workloads and/or Cloud Web Interfaces; which are not governed by this Privacy Notice. We advise you to read their privacy policies before providing your Personal Information to such digital interfaces.
Data security:
We take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with Us. We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your Personal Information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. Wherever applicable, Protean Cloud complies with the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines issued by regulators as applicable to the company’s various businesses from time to time and also adheres to the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.
